LegalBytes is the practice of Eduard Pinedo: business law for companies, with a particular eye for technology and a Common Law perspective on how contracts are written.
The lawyer
Eduard Pinedo
Eduard Pinedo is a Spanish lawyer, a member of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB), who practises on his own account. His office is in Barcelona and he works remotely with companies wherever they are.
He handles every matter personally and works in English, Spanish and Catalan. His focus is the law a company meets every day: contracts, corporate law, data protection and AI, new technologies, intellectual property and digital assets.
Eduard Pinedo is a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar (ICAB). He is not a solicitor or barrister of England and Wales.
Our story
Born in Tarragona in 2022
LegalBytes started in 2022 in Tarragona as Eduard Pinedo's legal-tech project: legal advice on digital assets — crypto-assets, NFTs and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) — when those questions were still new for most firms.
Today LegalBytes brings that same mindset to business law for companies of every sector.
