Spanish and EU law, explained the way your contracts are written
Many companies negotiate in English and work with common-law contract structures: recitals, representations and warranties, indemnities, limitation of liability, governing-law clauses. We draft and review in English and explain how those clauses work — or do not — under Spanish and EU law.
- Contracts drafted and negotiated in English
- Common-law structures read against Spanish and EU law
- The differences that matter, explained plainly
- Advice in English, Spanish and Catalan
